      Our ONLINE return policy for shipped orders differs from our ONLINE return policy for IN-STORE or CURBSIDE pick-ups, as well as, IN-STORE purchases. Please read the following carefully.

      1) ONLINE RETURN POLICY FOR SHIPPED ORDER: 

      Regular priced items: Customer have 14 days from date of delivery to contact us for an RA to be eligible for a refund (see RA Request section below for details). If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Any request for return made more than 14 days after delivery, but no later than 30 days, is eligible for Gift Card or exchange only (when applicable). 

      Sale priced items: All sale, price-reduced, discounted items are eligible for Gift Card or exchange only (when applicable).

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (also in the same condition that you received it). All hang tags must be attached as originally purchased. ONLY regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Please note some items are not returnable. See Final Sale section below.

      If an item is returned and the packaging is damaged, it may be refused or a 10% restocking fee may apply. If the item is returned without the packaging it will be refused. If the product is returned soiled, it will be shipped back at the customers expense. Please note, West End Kids is not responsible for any shipping fees incurred by returning an item not in as-sold condition.

      2) ONLINE RETURN POLICY WITH CURB-SIDE OR IN-STORE PICK-UP:

      Regular prices items: Customers have 7 days from date of pickup to return for a refund, as long as order is pickup up within 30 days of receiving the pickup notification email. After 30 days, returns will be eligible for Gift Card or exchange only (when applicable).

      Sale priced items: All sale, price-reduced, discounted items are eligible for Gift Card or exchange only (when applicable).

      If an order is not picked up within 90 days, a Gift Card can be issued at the item's lowest discounted price since the purchase date (eg, an item purchased at $100+tax but dropped to 40% within those 90 days, the Gift Card would be for $60+tax) .

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging . All hang tags must be attached as originally purchased. ONLY regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Please note some items are not returnable. See Final Sale section below.

      If an item is returned and the packaging is damaged or missing, it will be refused. If an item is returned soiled, it will be refused.

      3) IN-STORE PURCHASES:

      Regular prices items: Customers have 7 days from date of purchase to return for a full refund. After 7 days, returns will be eligible for Gift Card or exchange only (when applicable). Extensions may be grated on a case by case bases as long as we are contacted before the 7 days is up.

      Sale priced items: All sale, price-reduced, discounted items are eligible for Gift Card or exchange only (when applicable).

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All hang tags must be attached as originally purchased. ONLY regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Please note some items are not returnable. See Final Sale section below

       

      Cancellations

      Shipped Orders: We try to get most orders place before 2pm EST shipped out the same-day. Please contact us, via email, as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once the order has been picked up by Canada Post, we are unable to cancel.

      Curb-Side Pickups: Please contact us, via email, within 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the standard return policy will apply. Cancellation is not possible once an order has been picked up.

      When emailing about a cancellation, please include your 5 digit order number.

       

      RA Request

      An RA or Return Authorization will be required for any return. To get a RA, simply respond to one of your order confirmation emails or e-mail us at info@westendkids.ca. Please include your 5-digit order number, the name the order was placed under, the item(s) you would like to return and reason for return.

      If you would like to exchange an item, please include that in your request email.

      We will send complete return instructions, including how to exchange, with your RA.

      Please note some items are not returnable. See Final Sale section below

      Proof of purchase is required for all returns. If you cannot find the information request above please send us an email with as much information as you can provide and we will try to locate your original proof of purchase.

       Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

       

      Return Shipping

      West End Kids is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

      We typically recommend the cheapest shipping method with tracking. Shipments with tracking usually have some kind of insurance. 

      West End Kids is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

      Late/Missing Refund (if applicable)

      1) Check the tracking for your return. It may be that we have not received your return yet. Please allow up to 2 days for refunds to be processed after package is delivered.

      2) You have received a refund notification email but the refund has not been posted to your credit card. Most banks will take anywhere from 3-7 business days to post a refund. Please check your statement again in a couple of days.

      3) If after 7 business days, the refund has not been posted, please send us an email at info@westendkids.ca.
