Please read carefully. By ordering a Pre-Sale item, you agree to the following terms.
By purchasing an item for pre-sale, you acknowledge that availability is not guaranteed. We have made product available for pre-sale that we're been told, by the manufacturer, should arrive within the next 30 days.
If the 30 days have passed, and the item you purchased for pre-sale has not arrived, you may request a full refund.
To request a refund, simply respond to your order confirmation email or e-mail us at email@example.com. Please include your 5-digit order number, the name the order was placed under, the pre-sale item(s) you would like refunded.
If you would like to exchange an item, please include that in your request email.
Purchasing Pre-Sale & In-Stock Items
Pre-Sale and In-Stock items can be purchased together. Please be aware that in-stock items will not be shipped until the pre-sale item(s) arrive.
If you would like the in-stock item(s) in your order shipped before the pre-sale item(s) arrive, please email us with your 5-digit order number and the name the order was placed under.
Please note, if the value of the in-stock item(s) being shipped does not meet free shipping requirement ($99 for most location. Check our Shipping Details page for rates in your area), shipping fees will apply ($15 flat rate for most locations).
Pre-sale purchases may be cancelled within 7 days of the order date.
Pre-sale purchases after the initial 7 days will be eligible a Gift Card or exchange only (when applicable).
To request a cancellation, simply respond to your order confirmation email or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your 5-digit order number, the name the order was placed under, the pre-sale item(s) you would like refunded.
Returns & Exchanges Once Your Item Arrives
Once your item arrives and you have been contacted that it is ready for pick-up or has shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.
- Shipping: 14 days from date of delivery
- Curbside or In-Store Pick-up: 7 days from date of pickup.
- In-Store: 7 days from date of purchase.

Late/Missing Refund (if applicable)
You have received a refund notification email but the refund has not been posted to your credit card. Most banks will take anywhere from 3-7 business days to post a refund. Please check your statement again in a couple of days.
If after 7 business days, the refund has not been posted, please send us an email at email@example.com.
