How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited service. Since orders are shipped directly from our Westboro store in Ottawa, actual shipping time will depend on your geographic location.
Do you ship to addresses outside of Canada?
Not at this time.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out via automatic email when you order has shipped. If you did not receive a shipping email, please be sure to check the following:
- You have selected your order to be shipped and not picked up in store.
- Sometimes these emails will go to your junk folder.
- You have a valid email address attached to your account.
**Please note sympatico, bellnet and some emails created through private hosting will not work with Shopify. We are working with Shopify to try and fix this.**

How do I know if an item is available?
Availability of a given item is indicated when you select the item in our online catalog. For information about in-store-only merchandise, please contact Customer Service directly.
How do I determine what size to purchase?
Please consult our Sizing Guides for help in measuring your kid for clothing, footwear, and accessories. For most of our brands we recommend jumping 2 sizes from what the child is currently wearing (some brands may vary). Note that we specialize in fitting hard-to-fit kids, including husky or slim fits.
